Whats the third picture of? those don't look like ICBMs
edit: its the cruise missile launcher. There's less on the web that I figured there would be about this.

Air launched ICBMs weren't even a new idea then, too. Between 1960 and 1962 the USAF worked on the GAM-87 Skybolt, four of which would have been mounted to a B-52. They never really worked, but the idea was there.
They tried again in '74, and launched a Minuteman ICBM from a C-5A Galaxy.
